Kina Pasta (Sea Urchin)

Think you know kina? This is on a different level! Fresh, rich, and bursting with flavour. 

Ingredients

  • Fresh Coromandel Kina pot 
  • 200g pasta
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method

  1. Boil up your pasta, drain it once it’s done.
  2. Heat up some olive oil and fry the garlic till it’s smelling mint.
  3. Toss in the pasta, stir through the kina, splash a bit of water to keep things smooth.
Serve immediately and let the flavours blow your mind.
This is kina like you’ve never tasted before—get amongst it!
