Kina Pasta (Sea Urchin)
Think you know kina? This is on a different level! Fresh, rich, and bursting with flavour.
Ingredients
- Fresh Coromandel Kina pot
- 200g pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Boil up your pasta, drain it once it’s done.
- Heat up some olive oil and fry the garlic till it’s smelling mint.
- Toss in the pasta, stir through the kina, splash a bit of water to keep things smooth.
