Premium Export-Quality Marlborough Oysters are now available through Northern Waters.

The whole-shell oysters are harvested fresh from Rangaunu Harbour and delivered live, ready for you to impress family and friends with your oyster-opening skills.

One of the great advantages of whole-shell oysters is their excellent shelf life — up to 7 days from the harvest date when kept properly chilled.

All oysters are carefully packed for protection and delivered with ice packs to ensure they arrive cold, fresh, and in perfect condition.

Please note: Due to recent severe weather and heavy rainfall, the Harbour may be closed for a few days. This may temporarily prevent our farmers from harvesting oysters.

We remain committed to supplying only the freshest, top-quality oysters available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be provided.
