Grown in the pristine waters of the Kaipara region, our pacific oysters are known for their assertive brininess, incredibly creamy texture, and a clean finish with notes of lime and cucumber.

Our sack oysters come ungraded mixed in size and shape, but full of juice and flavor. Enjoy these fresh, live oysters in a range of quantities.
